A 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 4×4 with only 26,000 miles has hit the market, and it’s a rare find indeed. According to the seller on the popular auction website BringATrailer.com, the truck remained registered to the original owner in Missouri before the selling dealer acquired it in September 2022.
The Black-painted truck with patterned Gray cloth upholstery is powered by a 5.9-liter (360 cubic-inch) MAGNUM V8 engine, coupled with a 4-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The 360 produced 245 horsepower and 335 lb.-ft. of torque from the factory.
This well-equipped Ram 1500 features an array of features such as 16-inch aluminum wheels, fog lights, a receiver hitch, and a sliding rear window, as well as air conditioning, cruise control, an AM/FM/CD stereo, power windows, locks, and mirrors. The truck has additional exterior features such as white “Sport” decals on the hood and model-specific graphics on the doors and tailgate.
The truck comes with a Carfax report, which confirms that the vehicle has not been involved in any accidents or suffered any damage. It also shows that the truck has a clean title. However, an open manufacturer safety recall associated with the secondary hood latch is noted in an April 2001 entry.
The auction for this second generation Ram 1500 will come to a close on Monday, February 27th at 2:34 p.m. EST. It will be intriguing to witness the final bidding amount for this highly sought-after truck model, given its immense popularity among truck enthusiasts.
