Alfa Romeo has recently introduced the Tonale Edizione Bambini, a concept car designed to make traveling with children a lot easier. The car boasts several innovative features, including a built-in slide-out baby changing unit, an in-car baby monitor, and a range of additional storage solutions.

According to Alfa Romeo’s research, 59% of parents believe it’s essential for the interior of their car to retain a sense of style, even after having children. However, 48% of parents described their car as messy or untidy, making it more difficult to keep the vehicle clean after having children.

Intregrated Changing Table – 

The Tonale Edizione Bambini has been designed to enhance the practicality of the Tonale for families while maintaining its premium feel and distinctive Alfa Romeo style. For instance, a changing unit has been elegantly integrated into the 500-liter boot of the Tonale, allowing parents to change their baby’s nappies easily.

The electronic tailgate opens, revealing a custom-made, easy-to-clean changing mat that slides out from the parcel shelf. When no longer needed, the changing unit slides back into the parcel shelf, ensuring there is no compromise on cargo space.

Tidies To Keep Things Tidy –

Moreover, seat tidies that fit neatly against the contours of the driver and front passenger seats have been custom-made. A foldable central toy tidy is also available, providing more activities to keep children occupied. Additionally, children sitting in the middle seat have their leather folder that can hold both a tablet and their own reward chart.

The Tonale Edizione Bambini comes with a 6-liter, touchless bin for trash like candy wrappers or tissues. This bin is secured to the footwell behind the center console and can be removed entirely if desired. For cleaning the interior on the go, a car vacuum is stowed on the boot floor and charged via the integrated 12-volt socket while on the move.

Cargo Organizer –

Lastly, an organizer helps maximize the Tonale’s cargo capacity. Its concertina design allows for easy storage when not in use.
