Jeep® may be best known in the U.S. for Wranglers and Grand Cherokees, but the brand’s smallest global SUV just proved that size doesn’t limit impact. The Jeep Avenger 4xe The North Face Edition was named Jury’s Favorite in the Special Jury Award category at France’s 2025 Automobile Awards—an honor that highlights design creativity, brand storytelling, and real-world capability.
The award was presented on December 18 at the Automobile Club de France in Paris, where Jeep® France Director Tarik Yaou accepted the recognition on behalf of the brand. The judges singled out the Avenger 4xe collaboration with The North Face for blending two iconic American adventure brands into a single, purpose-driven vehicle.
Two American Adventure Icons, One Purpose –

This limited-run Avenger isn’t a badge-and-sticker exercise. Jeep and The North Face design teams worked together to create an SUV that reflects outdoor exploration from the ground up. The result is a subcompact Jeep with a mountain-inspired personality, from Summit Gold exterior accents to a seven-slot grille etched with topographic-style lines. Even the hood wears an anti-glare decal designed to cut reflections in bright alpine conditions.
Inside, the theme continues. The seats are durable, washable, and inspired by The North Face’s insulated jackets—built for real use, not just showroom looks. Production is capped at 4,806 units, a subtle nod to Mont Blanc’s elevation of 4,806 meters (15,774 feet), reinforcing the vehicle’s outdoors-first mindset.
Small Jeep, Real Capability –

Under the skin, the Avenger 4xe backs up its rugged image. A 145-horsepower hybrid powertrain with standard all-wheel drive (AWD) gives the smallest Jeep genuine trail credibility. Ground clearance measures 210 mm (about 8.3 inches), impressive for a subcompact SUV, and the 4xe system ensures power is sent where it’s needed when conditions get slippery.
This isn’t meant to replace a Wrangler Rubicon, but for Europe’s narrow roads, snow-covered passes, and weekend trails, the Avenger 4xe delivers authentic Jeep capability in a compact footprint.
Pricing and Market Impact –

In France, the Jeep Avenger 4xe starts at €33,150 (approximately $36,000 USD), with lease options from €279 per month (around $300 USD), before taxes and fees. That pricing places it squarely in the competitive subcompact crossover space while offering a level of design detail and brand storytelling few rivals can match.
For Jeep, this award reinforces something important: even at the small end of the lineup, the brand’s DNA still resonates. The Avenger 4xe The North Face Edition proves that adventure, authenticity, and smart collaboration can make even Jeep’s smallest SUV a big winner.
