Jeep® Korea Unveils Exclusive 2025 Fathom Blue Edition
Limited-Run Wrangler & Gladiator Models Celebrate “Quiet Freedom”

Jeep® Korea is wrapping up its “Color My Freedom” summer campaign with a bang—introducing the third and final special color edition for 2025, the Fathom Blue Edition. This limited-run package, available only in Korea, takes the Jeep Wrangler (JL) and Gladiator (JT) into deeper, more personal territory, symbolizing a quiet yet unwavering sense of freedom.
Completing the Color My Freedom Trilogy –

Earlier this year, Jeep rolled out the Mojito Edition, highlighting urban freshness, followed by the Joose Edition, which embodied fiery summer energy. Now, the Fathom Blue Edition completes the trilogy with what Jeep calls “Quiet Freedom.” The name “Fathom” comes from a nautical term for measuring water depth, but it also means “to gauge” or “to understand.” Fittingly, the dark blue finish captures the depth and calm of the sea—serene, steady, and unshaken.
“I think Fathom Blue is the most perfect finish of the Wrangler Color Edition, which has expressed freedom in various ways by encompassing the city center and nature this summer,” said Bangsil, CEO of Stellantis Korea. “The meeting between actor Kang Ha-neul and Fathom Blue symbolizes the true ‘Jeep Life’ of this era that enjoys freedom in their own way.”
Strictly Limited Availability –

Only 30 units of the Fathom Blue Edition will be built:
-
20 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Hard Top models
-
10 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon models
Every unit comes standard with the Mopar Sunrider Flip Top, a waterproof fabric soft top that replaces the hard top panel over the first-row seats. With a quick flip, owners can open up the cabin and enjoy fresh air, whether they’re navigating downtown Seoul or exploring Korea’s rugged countryside.
Actor Kang Ha-neul, who recently became Jeep’s brand ambassador, was the very first customer to secure a Fathom Blue Edition. He explained that the deep-blue tone resonated with his personality, describing it as a symbol of his inner calm and the freedom he seeks in daily life.
Wrangler Fathom Blue Edition Specs & Pricing –

The Wrangler Fathom Blue Edition builds off the Sahara trim, powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter Hurricane4 I4 gasoline engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Output is rated at 272 horsepower and 40.8 kg·m of torque (295 lb-ft), giving it plenty of punch for both pavement and trail duty.
Jeep equips it with the Selec-Trac full-time 4WD system and Selec-Speed control, ensuring capability across all terrains. In Korea, pricing starts at ₩82.9 million (approximately $60,000 USD).
Gladiator Fathom Blue Edition Specs & Pricing –

The Gladiator Rubicon version is fitted with the tried-and-true 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. It generates 284 horsepower and 35.4 kg·m of torque (255 lb-ft), while boasting a towing capacity of 2,721 kg (6,000 lbs)—making it as capable at hauling as it is at crawling.
Thanks to Tru-Lok electronic locking differentials and an electronic front sway bar disconnect, the Fathom Blue Gladiator is trail-ready straight from the factory. Pricing is set at ₩87.1 million (around $63,000 USD).
Campaign Wrap-Up & Marketing Push –
The launch of the Fathom Blue Edition coincides with Jeep’s ongoing collaboration with Kang Ha-neul. Over the summer, Jeep released a three-part video campaign featuring him, highlighting each of the special edition colors. The final video, “Sky, Sea, and Jeep,” brings the entire series together with a 70-second film showcasing the Mojito, Joose, and Fathom Blue Editions.
For Jeep Korea, the special-edition lineup wasn’t just about rolling out new paint colors—it was about telling a story of freedom in different forms: energetic, bold, and finally, quiet and reflective. The Fathom Blue Edition is not only the capstone of that story but also a rare collector’s piece for Jeep fans in Korea.
