Jeep® has officially pulled the cover off the 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S Limited 4xe, a more affordable addition to its all-electric Wagoneer S (KX) lineup. With a U.S. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $66,995 (including destination), the Limited trim is designed to bring the premium electric SUV experience to a broader audience.

Impressive Performance and Charging Capability – 

Equipped with a 400-volt, 100.5 kWh battery pack, the Wagoneer S Limited delivers approximately 500 horsepower and an estimated range of over 300 miles per charge. This is about 100 horsepower less than the 600-horsepower rating of the Launch Edition. The SUV supports DC fast charging, allowing a 20-80% recharge in just 23 minutes. Customers will also receive a complimentary 48-amp Level 2 home charger or equivalent public charging credits through Stellantis’ Free2move Charge program.

For enhanced driving confidence, Jeep includes its exclusive Selec-Terrain traction management system with five selectable modes: Auto, Sport, Snow, Sand, and Eco. The Limited trim also introduces a striking Hydro Blue exterior option, along with a new Arctic Grey interior.

Jeep® Canada has officially revealed its pricing for the new 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S Limited 4xejust days before the start of the Canadian International Auto Show (CIAS) in Toronto. The event, running from Friday, February 14 to Sunday, February 23, will give attendees a closer look at Jeep’s latest luxury SUV.

I've now seen both the Charger Daytona Scat Pack Stage 2 and the Wagoneer S. Both vehicles are beautifully designed inside and out but very much overpriced and I feel that they are priced they way they are because Stellantis fully expected these vehicles to be a loss, which is a shame. Carlos Tavares did serious damage to the Mopar brands to the point where even things that could be positive right now aren't and it's going to cost the brand alot of money and time to rectify but it's what happens when you have a leader who has a disdain for American and their brands leading an American company.

As I've said before, I've had the wonderful opportunity to experience the Charger Daytona Scat Pack Stage 2 and in my opinion, it's a glorious machine in and of it's own right. That is not to say it's without it's flaws but I also realize where the company was when this vehicle was made. I'm not an EV person but this car I would consider purchasing (albeit if I was financially capable of owning one) but at about $35K less expensive as this car, to me, does not merit it's $80K+ price tag. At best, the car should come in around the same price as a Model-3 Performance, which is about $45K. I understand this vehicle was rushed by not only the government but also by Tavares, but to me, there are only a few things that this vehicle is missing to make it really what it should have been from the start. Beyond the fact that the car can't do a burnout (weird), the car really needs that 3-speed gearbox and E-Rupt setup. The Stage kits these cars have should just be the standard output for these cars in both the R/T and the Scat Pack and when the upgraded battery systems come out, they should be offered as a dealer-supplied update same as a recall, with no charge to the customer. The same with the Wagoneer S. If Stellantis is going to make these cars to be different, then do it and make it affordable. I can see the Wagoneer S being a $55K vehicle. Why? Because of the market it occupies. It's a premium mid-size SUV.

I don't really want to compare these to Tesla, but seeing that they do occupy the EV market, I will reference the Tesla brand. But there are other EVs on the market such as the Ford Mach E. Now I've only ever rode in one at the Philly Car show a few years back and I can tell you that car wasn't overly impressive. The reason I say I don't want to directly compare them to what Tesla offers is because even though they're electric, they're not really in the same class of car nor do they have the same mission. The Daytona EV competes with the rest of the muscle cars, not with long range economy-focused EVs. If you look at both the Daytona and the Wagoneer S, neither of them have an EV look or feel about them. If one thing was done right with these cars it was that Stellantis did what they could to not make them look and feel like your typical EV and to be vehicles that are powered by electric motors but do their best to be a normal car. It is in that aspect that I don't see them the same as I see a Tesla. I see it as the beginning stages of the next chapter of Automobile history, a chapter that adds on to what we already have. EVs should honestly add to our freedom of choice, not hinder it. The Mopar lineup should be big enough to have the hurricane family of vehicles including a Hurricane V8, the Hurricane-6 group and the Hurricane-4 along with EVs.

The four platforms (small, medium, large & frame) should help expand not only the lineup of Mopar brand vehicles, but Stellantis abroad as well. I keep hearing this phrase "if there is a market case for it" when CEOs are asked about different things. I need them to understand that there is a market case for all of this stuff, There's a market case for an STLA Large platform muscle car with a 5.2L DOHC v8 along with a 5.2L TT Hurricane regular and Hybrid powertrain, preferably a Coronet. There is a Market case for the Charger six pack cars, there is a Market case for a two row street performance STLA LArge SUV, there is a Market case for a full size Dodge SUV, there is a Market case for a Dakota, there is a Market case for a Ram 1500 street performance pickup, there is a market case for a Ramcharger SUV, there is a market case for a Chrysler 300M that competes with the Tesla Plaid. There is a Market for Chrysler luxury and performance, There is a market for Jeeps that are actually Jeeps, there is a Market for the TRX, there is a market for the return of SRT4 vehicles, There is a market for affordable Dodge vehicles again. There is a market for Mopar! There is a market for choice! There is a market for freedom! There is still a market for the other Stellantis brands such as Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Maserati that would allow the brand to compete with the German luxury performance market. We just need actual leaders that can see the vision for what needs to be done
