2019 Dodge Charger SXT AWD Models Showing Up On Dealer Lots:

It’s the Fall season. That means it won’t be long before snow starts falling and winter will be here. For the most of the northern United States and Canada, snow is regular occurrence to deal with on your daily commute to work, to family functions, and the local run to the store. But there is some good news. The 2019 Dodge Charger SXT AWD models are showing up into dealer inventories as we speak.

While the name has changed on Charger all-wheel drive (AWD) models for the 2019 model year, the Dodge Charger continues to have a similar offering and equipment as it did last year with the 2018 Dodge Charger GT AWD. While the Challenger GT AWD got to keep its GT performance name for the 2019 model year, Dodge has moved the Charger AWD offering back to the SXT package. But it doesn’t mean you get less performance.

The Charger SXT AWD continues to be powered by the same powertrain setup that was available in the GT AWD models last year. Powered by the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 which produces 300 horsepower and 264 lb.-ft. of torque, and mated to the TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission, delivering up to 27 mpg on the highway. The AWD system is automatic with an active transfer case and front-axle disconnect, which helps minimize powertrain parasitic losses.

Available options on the SXT AWD are a new Caramel Nappa leather interior, Houndstooth cloth sport seats and the Blacktop Package, which includes a new 19-inch Black Noise wheel. The new Cold Weather Package is also available on the SXT AWD, which includes heated steering wheel and heated cloth driver and passenger seats.

The 2019 Dodge Charger SXT AWD starts with a base MSRP of $32,995. This does not include the $1,395 destination charge ($1,445 for Hawaii).
