The 2022 Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited High Tide Is One Hot Limited Edition!

In February, Jeep® introduced two new buzz models for its iconic Wrangler Unlimited model: High-Tide and Beach. Virtually identical, one celebrates one of the biggest Jeep events in the United States while the other offers an affordable way to get the Xtreme Recon Package, without having to go for the Willys trim. With the Jeep Beach event in the book, the focus begins on the High Tide offering.

Based on the popular Sport S trim, the 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited High Tide comes standard with the proven 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 with eTorque mild-hybrid technology. The Pentastar with eTorque delivers 285 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque and adds low-end torque for impressive starting power for rock crawling or sand dune running. The Pentastar is mated to a quick-shifting and efficient 8-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission.

While there were only 500 examples of the Beach model built, Jeep plans only to build 5,000 units of the High Tide between the months of April and July. Dealers have begun taking delivery of the High Tide models, in recent weeks. 

There are five exterior colors to choose from, Black, Bright White, Hydro Blue, Sting-Gray, and the new High-Velocity Yellow.

This particular Sting-Gray model is currently in inventory (as of the writing of this article) at Ed Martin Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Anderson, Indiana. 

The Unlimited High Tide has a starting U.S. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $49,240 (excluding $1,595 for destination). For more information on availability and ordering, you can contact your local Jeep dealer.
