Meet The New Euro-Spec FIAT 500L S-Design:

500L Takes A Page Out Of The Chrysler 300S' Playbook...

The European Fiat 500L has taken a page out of the Chrysler 300S’ playbook, by offering a sporty looking package that features black accents. The all-new Fiat 500L S-Design appearance package is based on the Cross model and stands out for its unmistakable sporty appearance and extensive standard equipment.

Intended for a young and metropolitan audience, the 500L S-Design stands out for its unique and exclusive Matte Bronzo livery combined with a Gloss Black roof. Embellished by some details in the refined Myron finish from the side moldings to the door handles, the grille on the front fascia to the frame of the rear lights, as well as the mirror caps. Complete the sporty look of the new special series, the rear privacy glasses, the new two-color 17-inch alloy wheels (Gloss Black and Myron).

Sportiness and elegance also characterize the interior, as evidenced by some dark elements such as the “texturized” plank band in Opaque Black with Copper “500” logo. To make the interior even more distinctive, the S-Design specific upholstery in fabric and Black Scuba on which stand out the double stitching and the “500” logo in Copper color. On request, it is possible to have seats covered with black leather inserts that add a touch of elegance to a decidedly modern and young environment.

In addition to the exclusive two-color Matt Bronze and Gloss Black roof, the all-new 500L S-Design is also available in the Bianco Gelato, Bronze Donatello, Grigio Moda, Verde Toscana (all matching with the Gloss Black roof) and Nero livery.

The engines available on the Fiat 500L S-Design feature the 95 horsepower 1.4-liter Fire gasoline engine combined with the 6-speed manual transmission and the 95 horsepower 1.3-liter MultiJet II turbodiesel engine, with manual transmission or robotized Dualogic, and 1.6-liter 120 horsepower MultiJet coupled to a manual transmission.

The new 500L S-Design is no exception, featuring the UConnect 7-inch HD LIVE touchscreen system with Apple CarPlay predisposition and Android Auto TM compatibility, as standard equipment. This is an evolution that responds to customers most interested in connectivity and the latest trends In the field of infotainment, the innovative Mopar Connect is available on request, combining remote assistance services with control services, ensuring greater peace of mind on the road, serenity and constant control within reach of your smartphone.

In detail, the latest generation UConnect system with a 7-inch high-resolution touch screen is characterized by the Bluetooth interface with speakerphone, audio streaming, the SMS reader and speech recognition, both Aux and USB ports, steering wheel controls. Also added is rear parking camera – which boasts excellent image resolution and the introduction of dynamic grid lines – and the integrated TomTom navigation system with 3D maps and IQ Routes. The navigation system will always be updated thanks to Mopar® Map Care, the FCA service is included in the purchase price of the car.

The S-Design package is also currently available Euro-spec Fiat Tipo, 124 Spider and 500X vehicles.
