New Color Available On The 2019 Dodge Durango:

Destroyer Grey Now Available On All Trim Levels...

One of the most popular colors on the Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger is Destroyer Gray (PDN). The color first made it’s debut on the 2015 Dodge Challenger GT AWD Concept. Destroyer Gray made it’s production debut during the 2017 model year on the Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger.

During the 2017 model year, the color also showed up in the color palette of the Chrysler 300S model. However, it was called Ceramic Gray Clear Coat. The color was featured on the all-new 2017 Chrysler 300S Sport Appearance Package in many Chrysler ads.

Since then, the color is offered on all trim levels of the Dodge Charger and Challenger.

Dodge in the past couple of years have been trying to push the Dodge Durango to more of a performance model, like it’s Charger and Challenger siblings. Dodge has even called the Durango “the 3-row Charger of SUVs”.

For the 2019 model year, Dodge announced that the Dodge Durango would be getting some new colors added to it’s offerings. This would allow it to align more with the Charger and Challenger. This year two of the “high impact” colors for the Charger and Challenger have made it to the Durango. Those colors are F8 Green and Destroyer Gray. Dodge announced that both colors would be joined by a new color called Reactor Blue and would be available at a later date.

Well good news for Destroyer Gray fans, the popular color is now available for ordering this month at your local Dodge dealer. The new color is the first of the new first available and is available on every Durango trim for no additional cost.
