AUCTION: This 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT Chassis Cab Has Only 888 Miles On The Odometer!

This Third-Gen Ram Looks Amazing For Its Age...

Over the years, we have seen a number of Ram Heavy Duty pickups cross the auction block. Most have been custom builds or some type of luxury model, but this one is uniquely different. This 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT Regular Cab Chassis Cab only features 888 original miles on the odometer. That’s right, this work-ready truck has less than 1,000 miles on it over the past 15 years.

Delivered new to Towbin Dodge in Henderson, Nevada, and fitted with a Knapheide stake bed before it was acquired by the selling dealer in March 2022.

The truck is finished in Bright White Clear Coat (PW7) and is equipped with a black Knapheide stake bed with diamond-plate flooring. Additional exterior features include a chrome front bumper and grille, tow hooks, towing mirrors, cab lights, and rear mud flaps.

The Ram 3500 SLT also came with chrome-finished 17-inch wheels wrapped with General Ameritrac rubber. It also features a dually rear axle, heavy-duty shock absorbers, front and rear sway bars, and four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes.

Inside, the Regular Cab features a 40/20/40 split-bench seat trimmed out in Gray cloth upholstery. There is also the addition of air conditioning, cruise control, keyless entry, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, power windows, and door locks, and an AM/FM CD stereo. The white-dial instrumentation includes a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 3,200-rpm redline, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, voltage, and oil pressure. The digital odometer indicates 888 miles, approximately 400 of which have been added by the selling dealer.

Under the hood, is a 6.7-liter Cummins turbodiesel inline-six-cylinder engine. Matter of fact, it was the first year that the new 6.7-liter Cummins was available in the Ram Heavy Duty. It was rated at 350 horsepower and 650 lb.-ft. of torque. It was a huge advancement in diesel technology, offering a quieter and cleaner diesel that met EPA emissions rules that were even in place until 2010. Mated to that Cummins engine, is a 6-speed manual transmission.

The seller states that an oil change was performed in 2021.

Looking at the Carfax report, it shows that the truck has never been involved in any accidents and shows it has been registered in Nevada and Idaho. There currently is 5 open manufacturer safety recalls associated with the steering linkage, left outer tie rod assembly, alternator, and driver and passenger air bag inflators listed between 2009 and 2016.

The truck is currently up for grabs on the popular automotive auction site, Bring A Trailer. Bidding is open till Monday, July 18th, 2022. As of the writing of this article, there are 4 bids with the highest being $16,000 USD. We doubt there is a 2007 Ram 3500 on the planet with this low of miles on it. So for you third-generation Cummins lovers out there, this might be the ultimate unmolested truck.
