Stellantis (FCA US, LLC) is recalling approximately 10,396 units of its 2025 Ram 1500 (DT) pickups due to a software error that may cause an incorrect tire inflation pressure message to display on the instrument panel cluster (IPC). According to the automaker, the incorrect tire pressure message may result in improperly inflated tires, increasing the risk of a crash.

The recall states that the IPC can list an incorrect “Inflate to: 50 PSI” message, instead of the correct recommended inflation pressure, resulting from a low tire pressure condition displayed in the IPC. Customers following this message could inflate a tire beyond the maximum pressure limit in some tire configurations. Tires inflated beyond their maximum pressure rating may increase the risk of a blowout, which could lead to a vehicle crash without prior warning.
The suspect period began on October 3, 2023, when the first suspect 2025 model year vehicle was produced, and ended on March 6, 2025, when the last suspect vehicle was produced. The suspect population was determined using vehicle production records.
Similar vehicles not included in this recall were built before or after the suspect build period or had different tire configurations and/or different IPC designs.
