The results are in, and Stellantis is making serious moves when it comes to quality. According to the 2025 J.D. Power U.S. Initial Quality Study (IQS), the Jeep® Gladiator takes the top spot in the Midsize Pickup segment—marking the second time in three years it’s led the pack. It didn’t just win either—it outperformed the segment average in seven out of 10 categories, including driving experience, infotainment, and interior design. That’s a solid statement from a truck that’s often called the most rugged pickup on the market.

But the Gladiator wasn’t the only Stellantis vehicle getting love this year. The Jeep Wrangler ranked second in the Compact SUV category, proving that America’s go-anywhere off-roader isn’t just fun, it’s also improving in build quality and customer satisfaction. With strong performances from both models, the Jeep brand as a whole jumped up 13 points in the study—showing real progress in what owners experience during their first 90 days behind the wheel.
Dodge made the biggest leap of any automaker this year, climbing 24 spots to rank seventh overall. That’s huge. It shows Stellantis is doing more than just releasing exciting performance vehicles—it’s listening to customers and fixing problems that matter most.
Not to be outdone, Chrysler also improved by 13 points, with the Chrysler Pacifica minivan landing second in its segment. That reinforces the Pacifica’s reputation for blending comfort, versatility, and now, better quality.
“These results show that we’re listening to our customers and putting them at the center of every decision we make,” said Yuri Rodrigues, Senior Vice President of Quality for Stellantis North America. “We are focused on setting the highest ambitions in quality, and the time is now to execute.”

J.D. Power’s IQS measures the number of problems new vehicle owners report within the first 90 days of ownership. Fewer problems mean better rankings, and in 2025, Stellantis vehicles stood tall across multiple segments.
With quality improving across the board and customer satisfaction rising, it’s clear that Stellantis isn’t just chasing benchmarks—it’s setting them.
