Maserati Launches Fuoriserie Customization Program In The United States!

Now, You Can Build Your Own Unique Custom Maserati...

We have seen some pretty unique customization builds from Maserati, using the automaker’s Fuoriserie customization program. Fuoriserie which means “custom-built” in Italian, has opened the Italian marque to customers who are looking to tailor their new vehicle to match their own unique personalities. Unfortunately, the program has not been available in the U.S., that is until now.

Maserati has opened its Fuoriserie program for its U.S. customer base for its 2022 model year lineup. As part of the customization process, Maserati will work with the customer to determine the core values that drive them, whether it’s innovation, performance, or contemporary style, to ensure the custom vehicle represents the driver’s true spirit.

To showcase this program, Maserati created three Fuoriserie vehicles for the top-of-the-line 580 horsepower Trofeo lineup in the U.S. and Canada.

2022 Maserati Levante by Fuoriserie. (Maserati).

This 2022 Maserati Levante Trofeo has been enhanced by the Fuoriserie program with Orange Zest Metallic exterior paint, 22-inch staggered “Orione” wheels, and Gloss Black brake calipers. Its luxurious interior boasts top-of-the-line full-grain Black leather with a Living Coral color contrast stitch and Gloss Carbon-Fiber interior trim.

2022 Maserati Quattroporte by Fuoriserie. (Maserati).

This example of a 2022 Maserati Quattroporte, takes advantage of the Fuoriserie program with its Verde Royale Metallic exterior color, 21-inch “Dark Orione” forged wheels, and Gloss Black brake calipers. The Quattroporte Trofeo’s interior features sport seats in the exclusive Zegna Pelletessuta (which is thin strips of leather woven like fabric) with a Gloss Carbon Macro Twill trim.

2022 Maserati Ghibli by Fuoriserie. (Maserati).

The 2022 Maserati Ghibli Trofeo has been painted in Blu Maserati exterior paint and sports a historic Birdcage livery. It features 21-inch “Dark Orione” forged wheels highlighted with Anodized Red brake calipers. The interior on the Ghibli Trofeo features Black and Grey Zegna Pelletessuta leather with a Gloss Carbon Macro Twill trim.

All three are pretty tame considering some of the Fuoriserie customization program vehicles, we have seen.

The Fuoriserie customization program features three bold, made-to-measure collections to inspire and guide Maserati customers through all of the possible combinations (Corse, Unica, and Futura). Each of these collections is an expression of the Maserati brand and the starting point for ideas of what is possible with customization.

  • Corse this collection is dedicated to those who cherish the brand’s history and are inspired by Maserati’s racing heritage and focus on performance. Past meets present with historically accurate colors and original components combined with contemporary reinterpretation through innovative pigments and new technology.
  • Unica is for those who live in the present, appreciate contemporary style and elegance, and are interested in the latest trends in fashion, art, and culture. Inspiration for this program comes from trend forecasting for consumer interests, the fashion and product industries, along with the next year’s color and material trends.
  • Futura this collection is for futurists, those who embrace and encourage change with an appreciation for technology and new materials. This particular collection embraces experimentation through technological innovation, allowing the customer to try a variety of combinations of new materials originating from the product design, sportswear, and interior décor industries, where sustainability, performance, and overall appearance are crucial.

Maserati customers can take a survey, to find out which Fuoriserie collection matches their personality. For more information on the program, Maserati has created a sub-site to answer most questions. Maserati is also creating a “car tailoring” shop at their headquarters in Modena. But those who are interested in the program can also contact their local Maserati dealer
