Jeep® Add Two New Wagoneer Models For 2025

Limited and Super Trims Bring More Style, Features, and Value

Jeep is expanding its full-size SUV lineup with two new special edition trims for 2025: the Wagoneer Limited and Wagoneer Super. Each one caters to a different type of buyer, but both deliver more standard features, bolder styling, and serious capability. And yes, both are still built with that go-anywhere Jeep DNA.

Whether you’re looking for more value or just want something that stands out from the crowd, these new Wagoneer variants bring a lot to the table.

2025 Wagoneer Limited: Loaded With Features, Without Going Overboard –

2025 Jeep® Wagoneer Limited. (Jeep).

If you’re shopping for a full-size SUV but don’t want to break the bank or go full luxury, the Wagoneer Limited hits the sweet spot. It’s based on the Wagoneer Series II trim but adds upscale elements that were once reserved for higher-end models. This gives customers more of what they want without jumping to the top of the lineup.

Design-wise, the Limited has a cleaner, more refined look:

  • Body-color fender flares for a more streamlined appearance

  • Chrome Wagoneer badging adds a subtle upscale touch

  • Gloss black lower front and rear fascias give it a tougher stance

  • Unique 22-inch alloy wheels that set it apart from standard trims

Feature highlights include:

  • Power-deployable running boards – step in and out with ease, especially for kids and seniors

  • Power-folding second- and third-row seats – perfect for switching from hauling passengers to cargo in seconds

  • Tri-pane panoramic sunroof – fills the cabin with natural light and gives rear passengers a great view

  • Surround View Camera – makes parking this big SUV a lot less stressful

The Wagoneer Limited starts at $76,535, which includes destination fees. Jeep is clearly trying to give buyers a more complete SUV at a lower price point, and it works.

2025 Wagoneer Super: Big Looks, Bigger Value –

2025 Jeep® Wagoneer Super. (Jeep).

The new Wagoneer Super brings a level of luxury and design previously reserved for the Grand Wagoneer, but it does so while staying under the radar with a lower MSRP. Think of it as a “stealth luxury” version of the Wagoneer—sleek, powerful, and packed with premium touches that don’t scream “over the top.”

Here’s what you get on the outside:

  • 22-inch machined black wheels – borrowed from the Ram 1500 Laramie, they bring muscle truck vibes

  • Black-painted two-tone roof – breaks up the color and gives it a sleeker, more modern look

  • Full blackout trim – including grille rings, exterior badging, and accents

  • Body-color fender flares and gloss black power side steps – subtle but stylish upgrades

  • Carbide-style LED headlights – unique lighting signature adds to its premium presence

Inside, Jeep borrowed some of the Grand Wagoneer’s best touches:

  • A McIntosh 19-speaker premium audio system – a class-exclusive feature that sounds incredible

  • Soft-touch, wrapped interior materials – upgraded dash and door panels for a higher-end feel

  • Tri-pane panoramic sunroof – same as in the Limited, bringing a luxury vibe to all three rows

MSRP for the Super starts at $82,535, and Jeep says this special edition bundles more than $3,000 worth of features when compared to piecing it together yourself. For anyone who wants the Grand Wagoneer look and feel without the six-figure price tag, this is it.

Under the Hood: Power That Pulls –

Twin-Turbo 3.0-liter HURRICANE I6 Standard-Output (S/O). (Jeep).

Both of these special editions are powered by the same engine found across the Wagoneer lineup—the twin-turbo 3.0-liter HURRICANE I6 Standard-Output (S/O). This engine delivers 420 horsepower and 468 lb-ft of torque, which is more than enough to move this big SUV around town or down the highway.

And yes, towing is still a strong suit. All Wagoneers, including the Limited and Super, can tow up to 10,000 poundswhen properly equipped. So whether you’re hauling a boat, trailer, or camper, these SUVs are ready to get to work.

Both trims also come in either standard or long-wheelbase configurations, giving buyers options when it comes to cargo space and third-row legroom.

Final Thoughts –

Jeep’s full-size SUV game just got a lot more interesting. With the Wagoneer Limited, Jeep is giving buyers more for their money—features like power steps and high-end cameras are now part of the package at a more affordable price. Meanwhile, the Wagoneer Super gives design-focused customers the styling and sound of the Grand Wagoneer without crossing into luxury pricing.

Both are available to order now, and they’re sure to give Chevy Tahoe, GMC Yukon, and Ford Expedition buyers something to think about. If you’re in the market for a bold, powerful, and feature-rich American SUV, the 2025 Wagoneer lineup just got a whole lot more appealing.

Strange they would introduce new trim levels right at the tail end of the 2025 production schedule.

Once again I’m stumped that a product that should be selling much better seems to be flagging in the marketplace. Looked at a Wagoneer at my dealer and frankly the Wagoneer I saw did not impress on interior quality, as opposed to the Grand Cherokee, maybe even a bit less impressive. What eventually turned me to consider something else was the lack of a V-8 engine. The tried and true Hemi, for me, is an absolute necessity or it’s bye, bye for me. I am still in the shopping phase so I’m waiting to see what Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler has in the next year to pull me from looking to buying.
The most important things Jeep can do for the Wagoneer, which actually seems pretty popular on Jeep addicted Long Island, is upgrade the lower priced Wagoneer interiors and put that Hemi back in this attractive SUV. New models will not turn this thing around in the marketplace.

The rear quarter needs a major restyle. Too much overhang and the rear window is just plain weird looking. Personally if I wanted a luxury type vehicle, a Ram Limited would be a better alternative. For one, the console in the Wagoneer isn't as nice as the Ram. Plain and simple a Ram is just more practical than this beast. Compared to the exterior styling of a GMC or Escalade, the Jeep looks totally bland.
