Maserati Updates Its Lineup For 2022 In The U.S. & Canada:

Three Trim Levels For The U.S. & Canada...

Recently, the Maserati brand introduced its updated lineups for its 2022 model year Ghibli, Levante, and Quattroporte for the American and Canadian markets. The Italian trio will be made up of three new trims that include GT, Modena, and Trofeo. The new offerings were developed not only to fulfill all customers’ demands and expectations but also to fully express the different yet complementary souls of innovation, performance, and design of the Maserati range.

As for exterior highlights, all three trims include the updated Maserati logo (introduced on the MC20) on the hood, a new “Trident” logo on the C-pillar, and updated rear text badging. The trim badges of each model (GT, Modena, or Trofeo) are now placed just above the Maserati signature three-side air ducts in front of the front doors.

GT –

The new GT models replace the GranLusso lineup and embrace the character, charm, and elegance that embodies Maserati’s more urban, minimal, and contemporary spirit.

All GT models will be equipped with a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 making 345 horsepower and 369 lb.-ft. of torque.

On the exterior, the GT trim enhances the models in the lineup with chrome exterior accents, while there are 19-inch aluminum wheels (for Ghibli and Quattroporte) or 20-inch aluminum wheels (for Levante). GT models also get interiors with leather comfort seats with a Dark Mirror trim for Ghibli GT, a Radica wood trim for Quattroporte GT, and Levante GT features a Black Piano trim.

All Modena models for the American and Canadian markets will come with a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 making 424 horsepower and 428 lb.-ft. of torque. There is an exclusive Modena S model for the Levante, which adds a 550 horsepower 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8.

Modena models enhance the vehicle’s athleticism through sport bumpers with Black Piano inserts and 20-inch aluminum wheels. In the interior, there are Black Piano trim interiors for Levante and Quattroporte and Dark Mirror trim interiors for Ghibli.

The Levante Modena S trim features the Driver Assistance Pack, Nerissimo Pack, and black brake calipers.

The Trofeo trio returns for the 2022 model year. Trofeo models are powered by the 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8 producing 580 horsepower and 538 lb.-ft. of torque. The engine is still built at the Ferrari plant in Maranello, Italy to Maserati’s specifications. Trofeo models include carbon-fiber trim, 21-inch aluminum wheels on Ghibli and Quattroporte models, and 22-inch aluminum wheels on Levante. All Trofeo models come with red brake calipers.

Inside, the Trofeo models are ultra-luxurious with sport seats in full-grain “Pieno Fiore” natural leather. The interiors also feature the new Maserati lettering on the central screen and the new “Trofeo” logo on the headrests.
