Maserati North America has launched a new online platform for the region to simplify the car-purchasing process for customers. The new digital channel, aptly titled “My Maserati Showroom,” allows customers to virtually research the Italian performance luxury brand’s portfolio. With the My Maserati Showroom, customers can review live dealer inventory near them and choose to complete elements of the buying process online.
The new site is now live on Maserati.com for customers to explore.
The new platform was created to adapt to customers’ changing needs by creating a holistic online experience for contemporary shoppers. Most of the car-purchasing exploration can be done from the comfort of the customer’s own home, with the final phase of dealership interaction being presented in an easy-to-use format where clients can easily discover and compare local dealerships to find the delivery options that work best for their individual needs.
The new site allows customers to not only seamlessly toggle between vehicle models, model years, and trim options, but also offers the ability to easily calculate and compare vehicle payment options. Customers can also now schedule test drive requests, submit credit applications, review warranty and service protections, and even get trade-in estimates.
Customers will soon be able to chat with an expert from Maserati on the site, to help them find the vehicle they are looking for. The setup is very similar to what is already being used on the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, and Ram websites.
The updated site was put into place just in time for the North American launch of the MC20 Cielo (the new open-air version of the hot super sportscar) and the all-new Grecale (the brand’s first entry in the D-SUV segment).
