Every spring, off-road fans descend on Moab, Utah, for the Easter Jeep® Safari, and Jeep never shows up empty-handed. For the 59th annual gathering, Jeep brought out seven new concepts, each pushing the boundaries of what the brand can do. One of the most eye-catching of the bunch is the all-new 2025 Jeep Wrangler Rewind Concept, a retro-themed rig that celebrates the golden age of Jeep—1980s and ’90s style.

This Rewind concept doesn’t mess around. It starts with a two-door Wrangler, ditches the doors and roof (as Jeepers often do), and replaces them with a mesh sun bonnet that gives it that wide-open-air vibe. What really sets this one apart is its wild paint scheme—totally era-correct with stripes and graphics straight out of a VHS tape. If you’re into vintage vibes with modern trail capability, this one hits hard.
Inside, Jeep designers kept things just as playful. The rear seat is gone, and the floor has been smoothed out for a clean look and extra storage. A custom-built compartment is built in to haul gear, and the roll bar has been reworked to better match the stripped-down interior style. While it may not be packed with new tech or gadgets, it’s a creative nod to simpler times with the reliability of today’s Wrangler underneath it all.

Where this rig really shines is underfoot. It’s rolling on a set of beefy 37-inch BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 tires, wrapped around 17-inch American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) wheels. It’s got the grip and the ground clearance to take on the red rocks of Moab and look awesome doing it.
The Rewind may be a concept, but truthfully, it looks like something Jeep could slap a price tag on and sell tomorrow. It’s simple, rugged, and dripping with nostalgia. It’s not over-engineered or overloaded—it’s just plain fun. And sometimes, that’s all you really need to stand out.

If you’re heading to Moab this weekend, make sure to catch this one in person. It’s a bright, bold reminder of why so many people fell in love with Jeep in the first place.
