FIAT & FIAT Professional Simplify Their Offerings For European Customers!

Could A Similar Thing Be Coming To The Rest Of The Stellantis Brands?

Both the FIAT and FIAT Professional brands in Europe are simplifying their lineups to offer an even more lean and intuitive customer experience. For the first time, the two brands will allow customers to configure a new car or light commercial vehicle (LCV) in just ”three” simple steps, both online through the brand’s commercial website and offline at dealerships.

Already active, all customers need to do is pick their favorite car features by choosing the model, color, and packs to configure their new vehicle. Three new packs are available – Style, Tech, and Comfort – which reflect the tastes and answer the need of FIAT customers. The packs are designed so as not to duplicate their content. This way, they can be combined with each other without any restriction or complication for the customer. In addition, in order to offer even more simplicity, all packs have the same monthly cost.

Fiat Panda Cross. (FIAT).

Finally, to further meet the needs of the most demanding customers, FIAT offers a simple yet complete solution: a fully accessorized top-of-the-line version, available on all models. This all-in version includes all contents of the three packs plus more features. The top-of-the-range version offered on the 500e is “La Prima by Bocelli”.

Fiat 500X Sport. (FIAT).

FIAT Professional is also implementing the new lineup strategy, following FIAT’s concept of simplification. Therefore, all LCVs come in a single trim level but, given the complexity and the uniqueness of each, they are available in different body types and additional specific packs “fit for mission” in order to customize the product according to the different customer professional needs.

Fiat 500C Dolcevita. (FIAT).

Designed to satisfy the most important categories (“Capabilities and Conversion”, “Comfort and Functionalities”, “Safety and Driving Support” and “Style”), the various packs can be enhanced with individual add-ons to create a “tailor-made” solution based on one’s own professional needs.

Could this be something spread throughout the Stellantis global portfolio? We saw Chrysler recently use a similar method with the ordering process of the new 2023 Chrysler 300C Limited Edition
