Jeep® Invades The São Paulo International Motor Show:
Wrangler, Cherokee, Renegade, & New Special Edition Models For Brazil...
Four years ago, the Jeep brand introduced the Jeep Renegade, which reinvented the compact SUV segment, on the biggest stage of the Brazilian automotive universe. In 2016, it was the turn to introduce the Jeep Compass, a model that immediately solidified the brand in the leading SUV market and for more than a year is the country’s best-selling sports utility.
Since the inauguration in 2015 of the Jeep Automotive Polo in Pernambuco, the most modern factory of the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) group in the world, more than 270,000 Jeep Compass and Jeep Renegade models have been produced in Brazil.
Jeep has now invaded the 30th São Paulo International Motor Show with an entire updated lineup of SUVs. Jeep highlights its great moment of consolidation as the most competitive brand in the fastest growing segment of the Brazilian market. The Jeep brand is in the fourth consecutive year of significant growth, up 22.4% over 2017, much higher than the car industry as a whole (13.5%).
