From Russia With Love – Russian-Built Widebody Kit For Dodge Challenger!
Комплекты Dodge Challenger Widebody теперь доступны в России...
It has been fifteen years since Dodge started producing the modern-day Challenger. In that time, Dodge has continued to update its two-door muscle car lineup. From the most powerful and fastest muscle car (the SRT Super Stock) to V6 efficiency and class-exclusive all-wheel-drive (AWD) with a modest 303 horsepower (GT AWD), the Dodge Challenger has one of the most diverse lineups available in the North American market.
Since 2018, Dodge has offered a widebody option on select performance models. While the widebody option has proven to be popular, those who own a Dodge Challenger prior to the widebody offering have had to choose from a number of aftermarket kits. But recently, a new option has hit the market and it comes from a place that you might not likely associate with the automotive aftermarket for muscle cars.
Russian widebody kit producer KROTOV has now introduced a new widebody option for the 2008 to 2022 Dodge Challenger models. According to the company’s website, the Russian widebody kit includes a set of 2.56 inches (65mm) wider front fenders, a set of 2.75 inches (70mm) wider rear fenders, and a set of widebody side skirts rocker panels, all made from ABS plastic.
The Russian widebody kit does not blend into the Challenger’s bodywork like the stock OEM widebody kit does. The designer of the kit, Kasim Tlibekov (@tlibekua), has included several renderings of his work on Instagram over the past several months.
As for the pricing, the KROTOV kit isn’t cheap by any means. It has a retail price of $3,200 USD but does have free shipping worldwide. For more information, you can visit the KROTOV.pro website.
