END OF WATCH: The 2023 Dodge Charger Pursuit Gets Ready To Return For One Final Tour!

Despite 2023 being the final year for the current generation Dodge Charger, the Charger Pursuit will return for duty. 

As the last American police sedan offered on the market, the Charger Pursuit is available in two configurations (3.6-liter Pentastar V6 with AWD or 5.7-liter HEMI® V8 with RWD). Both powerplants are mated to 8-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmissions. All Charger Pursuit models come with standard column shifters with a selectable AutoStick function.

With 300 horsepower and 264 lb.-ft. of torque, the Pentastar V6 with AWD allows agencies great all-around, all-weather performance for both urban and rural patrols. While the 370 horsepower HEMI V8 RWD models are perfectly suited for highway patrols and high-speed pursuit interceptors.

Pursuit models have an EPA fuel economy rating of 18 MPG city / 27 MPG hwy for Pentastar models and 16 MPG city / 25 MPG hwy on the HEMI.
