Digital Artist Creates A Modern Take On The General Lee

Could This Electric Charger Stand The Roads Of Hazzards...

In a nostalgic nod to the iconic television series “The Dukes of Hazzard,” digital artist Timothy Adry Emmanuel (@adry53customs), has reimagined the 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona as a modern-day General Lee. The Charger, based on the Daytona SRT Banshee model, brings a fresh take to the classic orange-hued muscle car that captured the hearts of fans in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

A Contemporary Twist –

Emmanuel’s design retains the essence of the General Lee while incorporating modern features. The Charger boasts an eye-catching orange paint scheme with a subtle pearl tone, giving it a sleek and updated appearance. The iconic ’01’ and Confederate flag, which graced the original, find their place on the sides of the car, with the added twist of being emblazoned on the glass roof.

Design Elements –

True to the General Lee’s heritage, the modern tribute comes equipped with key elements. The push bumper, synonymous with the daring escapades of Bo and Luke Duke, adds a touch of authenticity to the design. The American Racing Vector SE wheels, now in a 22-inch pattern with a center locking lug, offer a contemporary take on the classic look.

Performance and Speculations –

While details on the production model, the SRT Banshee, are still scarce, expectations run high. The anticipated 800-volt Banshee is rumored to pack a powerful punch with 660 kW (885 horsepower). With standard all-wheel-drive (AWD), the modern General Lee is poised to navigate Hazzard County’s backroads with ease, even those left unfinished.

A Glimpse into the Future –
