Stellantis North America is calling on high school students from across the U.S. to showcase their creativity and design their dream Chrysler vehicle as part of the highly anticipated 13th Annual Drive for Design contest. Eligible students now have the chance to share their vision for Chrysler’s future, just as the brand celebrates its monumental 100th anniversary in 2025.

Chrysler has built a century-long legacy of innovative technologies and iconic automotive designs. The Drive for Design contest serves as a platform for young talent to contribute to that rich history, contributing their unique perspectives on what a futuristic Chrysler could look like. This year’s contest honors the pioneering spirit of the Chrysler brand, with designs rooted in its legacy and forward-looking future.
The initiative was inspired by Mark Trostle, Senior Vice President of Ram Truck and Mopar Design at Stellantis, who was himself a high school student winner of a similar contest in 1987. Trostle, whose love for automotive design remains strong to this day, encourages young minds to explore the world of vehicle design, just as he did when he entered the contest many years ago.
“I still love drawing cars and trucks,” said Trostle. “Winning that contest was a game-changer for me, and I’m thrilled that we can now offer the same opportunity to today’s high school students. The talent we see each year is incredible, and it’s exciting to think that some of these students will go on to help shape the future of the automotive world.”
