Over the past week and a half, the first deliveries of the highly anticipated 2021 Ram 1500 TRX have began to arrive at dealers who placed orders for the new performance off-roader. The supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI-powered pickups are some of the most advanced pickups the Ram Truck brand has ever built.
When the 2021 Ram 1500 TRX was unveiled back in August, Ram Trucks opened up ordering for the limited edition Launch Edition model. There were 702 units assigned for production for those living in the United States and 100 units for Canadians. The United States units sold out in only three hours.
The 2021 Ram 1500 TRX Launch Edition trucks added an additional $12,150 to the $69,995 U.S. Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) to the TRX. That doesn’t include the extra $1,695 for the destination either. So what did that extra $12,150 get those buyers…

Featuring exclusive Anvil Gray exterior paint, the Launch Edition sets itself apart from the rest of the pack. The particular model shown is currently in inventory at Jim Riehl’s Friendly Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, Ram of Romeo. The very first Launch Edition with VIN #001, will go to auction at a later date to benefit an undisclosed charity according to Ram Trucks.
Others who placed early orders for the standard TRX models have also started taking delivery. These include those who purchased TRX models with TR1 and TR2 Equipment Packages.
