I have a 2018 Ram 1500 eco diesel. The Tone Wheel failedin March 2023. Total engine failure and every light on the dash came on. I paid 1,755.18. A recall for the Tone Wheel was issued. In the recall Ram said they do not have the part to fix the recall. I called Ram and said I already had it fixed. They said they would not refund my expense since I could not have gotten the part. Literally, they told me I could not have had it fixed. I sent them a copy of the receipt. The lack of intelligence is stunning. There is another recall that is over a year old that has no solution. I guess it is time for the NTHSA
to go after RAM for failing to fix their recalls.
