Stellantis (FCA US) is giving American car buyers a bit more breathing room in the electric (EV) and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) market. Despite the official expiration of the federal $7,500 EV tax credit, the automaker has confirmed to the Detroit Free Press that it will continue to honor the incentive on eligible models—at least through the end of 2025, as long as dealer inventory lasts.
