Strangely enough, Silverado is down by nearly the same margin RAM is up

RAM:March 2019 45,187 vs March 2018 41,307
RAM: Q1 2019 120,026 vs Q1 2018 103,964 (15% YOY)

Silverado: Q1 2019 114,313 vs Q1 2018 135,545 (negative -15.7 YOY)

Here's February sales to show the negative momentum with Silverado :RAM outsells Silverado in February | Mopar News and Rumors
Keep in in mind Mark Reuss (GM President) told Wall Street that starting in February majority of Silverado's inventory is the new generation version and not "classic":Giant news.....Mary Barra may pullout of South America leaving FCA to dominate the region | Mopar News and Rumors

I think this proves the bear case about GM that every RAM sold/RAM capacity added= Loss GM Sale

Good for Ram but GM also has a GMC.

This was posted over on 5thgenrams, I have no reason to believe this guy is being untruthful. Sounds like the Silverado/Sierra is getting a refresh for 2021.

There's no way they would only give the truck half of a year to a full year before they decided to refresh the trucks

I read somewhere else that an "emergency refresh" was approved for the GM trucks about 2 months ago I just can't remember where I read it now.

We also know the Ram 1500 is getting level 2 autonomy for 2021 and it's possible there could be a small refresh that goes with it as well.
