Alfa Romeo is making a bold move by bringing gasoline power back to its high-performance Quadrifoglio models. Initially planned as all-electric vehicles (EVs), the next-generation Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio will now retain internal combustion engines (ICEs), responding to market demand and customer feedback.

Ha ha🤡! We have another thread wondering about the feasibility of something like the 200C EV concept for Chrysler while Alfa Romeo is making plans to build these models on the same STLA-large platform. I have nothing against these models or the brand, I have driven the lower line trims of both. I also think this is a pragmatic move that will save the AR brand from extinction.

Maserati has led the way for the high output GME-T four cylinder with a 48V mild hybrid setup.I think it showed up just as a BSG and not anything more sophisticated. The upgraded GME will be built stateside and mild hybrids are getting a second look for trucks and Jeeps, it's time that the Chrysler brand receives the attention it needs to pull it back from the brink.

It’s about reality, common sense, listening to the market and saving the brands. Agree, it’s way, way past time for something solid from Chrysler. Brand leadership is woefully lacking. Time for a look into saving Chrysler.
