A few weeks ago, MoparInsiders.com broke the news that the Ram brand was ditching the widely popular crosshair grille for the 2019 model year. Our friends at Real Fast Fotography, had also caught a Ram ProMaster City prototype with camouflage covering the grille as well. Well, Ram announced this morning that we were indeed right be showing off the 2019 Ram ProMaster and 2019 Ram ProMaster City. We covered the debut of the 2019 Ram ProMaster already, so let’s spend some time talking about it’s little brother.
The 2019 Ram ProMaster City offers modern styling and professional appeal in a compact, capable package. ProMaster City aggressively competes in the compact Class 1 van segment with a focus on commercial customer needs and total cost of ownership. The smaller of two van offerings from Ram is available in two-seat Tradesman cargo van and five-seat passenger wagon configurations in two different trims (Tradesman and SLT).

Ram ProMaster City best-in-class features such payload of 1,885lbs. As well as best-in-class cargo volume (131.7 cubic feet), cargo width (60.4-inches), cargo length (87.2-inches), and cargo width between wheel wells (48.4-inches). Also the 2.4-liter provides 178 horsepower backed with an exclusive 9-speed automatic transmission, which provides a 448-mile driving range with the standard engine.
