Stellantis (FCA US, LLC) has recalled approximately 53 units of its 2023 Jeep® Grand Cherokee (WL).
Some of the above vehicles may have been built with a second-row seatbelt buckle with an insufficiently torqued fastener, which may result in reduced occupant restraint capabilities. Reduced load management by the seat belt buckle may injure vehicle occupants in certain crashes. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 210, “Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages.”
