It seems Fiat is content with just getting a big piece of the European and South American markets and not losing sleep over its failures in North America. That is not to say, since the Fiat brand has not abandoned its North American dealerships quite yet, that plans are not out there to go after that market again. It seems the electric Fiat 500 has enormous potential, I saw a good number while in Italy, that can orchestrate a comeback with a few affordable small electrics in the states. That just might work, only time will tell.
In the meantime Fiat is ripping it in other markets and the engineering involved might just navigate itself to some Mopar brands that have the reputation, visibility and dealerships to benefit from Fiat success. It’s a family thing you see.
Oh and yes, Fiats got its midsize pickup, when does Ram get its one ??? Just saying.
