How many times will Brazil get it right and their North American cousins look confused and befuddled ? I could be far afield in that statement, but really, does it take a genius to figure out that this Brazilian decision if emulated, just could turn things around in North America. Let’s see, a mild hybrid in the Wagoneer S, mild hybrid in the Recon and the Dodge Daytona and the Jeep Cherokee and the next generation Chrysler 300 or anything else that we can fit one into. How about that new mid-size Ram pickup that’s planned that the Brazilian Rampage has beaten our guys to the market in grand fashion get a mild hybrid too. Yea, they have put lots of egg on our collective North American faces and one just wonders, what the heck are we doing North of the boarder? Not much it seems.
