Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and ENGIE EPS plan to join forces in a JV creating a leading company in the e-Mobility sector
The joint venture will be done between FCA and Engie EPS. Engie bought majority of EPS, french campany but with R&D and industrial facilities in Italy (it was created from a pinoff of Politecnico di Torino and Politecnico di Milano).
