I actually saw a pic of this in IG with "Santa" who sorta looked like Bill Goldberg with a beard......

Yes, the FCA Design team designed the sleigh. Then they actually took a 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT HELLCAT and cut it up to build the actual sleigh. It still has the full HELLCAT interior and still starts up. You might even see it on display at the LA Auto Show.
