i.e. part breaks, it has reached it's lifetime and not covered.

This Dodge Protection Package sounds too good to be true. Hmmm...something to lure more potential customers into a Dodge showroom. I'm leery, considering that Dodge vehicles have such a poor history of being unreliable and undependable. Buyer BEWARE!
