Ram Loaded Up The Rampage Compact Pickup With "Easter Eggs"

In the world of automotive design, there’s a delightful secret hidden in the nooks and crannies of vehicles created by the Chrysler Group – Easter eggs. These whimsical and unexpected decorations have become an integral part of the design process, bringing an element of surprise to the ownership experience. As the Ram Rampage, a stylish compact truck, emerges from the South American design office and heads towards a potential North American debut in 2025, it carries the legacy of these hidden gems. The Ram Rampage is creating a buzz not just for its compact size but also for its opulent … (read full article...)

Let’s hope these very “American” Easter eggs are proof positive that the Rampage is coming, and soon. Frankly Ram has no plan B to get competitive in the hot compact truck segment. Could the foot dragging on its production and facility be a negotiation ploy with the UAW? You decide.
The Brazilian team has done a great job of bringing a North American qualified product to, you guessed it, North America, so why the delay? In the chess game with union representatives it’s a Knight takes Bishop move and little more in my opinion. The general public knows the Pawn in this game and its us.
Am I a cynic or a fool, probably both, but when you look at the Rampage and it’s little clues on its intent, you can not help but question motives and thinking.
The games people play.

A truck for people that don't need a truck. Stellantis has killed dodge and all its other Mopar brands

This is one of the most Popular Pickup trucks sizes in the World ...... SO YEAH AHHH NO.

Ford has a backlog of Mavericks for 2 years SO YEAH NO

Stallantis has done nearly Zero to NA, all is still controlled by FCA who saved the MOPAR brand from closure by the NEW YORKS so YEAH NO.

So are you just poorly informed, here to stir the pot, or a bit just a bit of anti Xenophile?

Way to come out flaming. The only bad thing around this product is if it doesn't get offered in North America.

I just hope it really does come to the US. My wife managed to get a Maverick but I'd prefer something like this. Especially if it gets the PHEV powertrain from the Hornet. ANd I hate the local group that bought our Ford dealer this past year....

So why don’t they move with it? Detroit auto show would have been a sweet place for a big intro! Yeah FCA saved the Mopar brand but what the heck is left of it now??? Jeep Jeep more Jeep. Give me a break. Yeah I’ll come out flaming because we are a breath away from Mopar being gone, if it’s not already. Mopar fans have watched this non sense for ten years now and NOTHING changes. More promises of product coming. And more smoke and mirrors. Who the heck kills off product line after product line with no immediate replacements in place? It’s dead. Enjoy the Alfas, Peugots, Fiats, Maseratis, whatever. They’re not Mopars. Mopar is dead.
