In other forums we have discussed the excessive margins stellantis has asked for it's vehicles while simultaneously cutting standard equipment and option availability. Guaranteed to drive yet more customers away from chrysler groups products, lack of product, lack of innovation, inability to order specific trims, hideous customer service and a an F/U attitude towards customers is NOT the way to retain a loyal following, BTW. Many of us loyal Chrysler fans are looking elsewhere for quality product and service. Is someone within Stellantis trying to kill the brand? If the next car isn't a triple smash hit followed by SERIOUS upgrades to the dealer experience, they won't have to shut Chrysler down, the last 3 customers will just walk away, like so many have already. Sad end to a great marque, thank you FCA and Daimler.
