The Rampage is a significant event and puts Ram in a great position to capture a chunk of the pickup market in South America. The transition of most products to STLA various modular corporate platforms, capable of various power sources, means the new smaller Ram will definitely utilize this platform, so as good as the Rampage might be, it will not go stateside. That said, for Ram to succeed in this market segment, gas powered pickups are a necessity or the Rampage just may be the most successful Ram small pickup globally. Ram needs something soon to out Ram the Rampage.
