News Flash to NASCAR. Electric assisted race cars might work for cup fans, all electric will not. This all electric rabbit hole so many are falling into is going to fall on deaf ears with the general public. Forget electric SUVs. Really, are you guys nuts or what? So wrong in so many real life ways on this pipe dream. Only a rabbit would go blindly down that hole. Carrots work, not electric.

Agree Triple, the all electric SUV idea makes no sense, has no basis in marketing data. Just a bunch of stuff shirts pretending to know what people want. I’ll give them a hint...it goes rum rum, consumes gobs of high octane fuel, pollutes the atmosphere and drives car guys nuts. Silly silly.

When I was a teen, electric race cars were all the rage. With that peg going into a slot in the track, those things would really corner. Nasty over-steer though.
