Opel Gives Us A Sneak Peek At Its Upcoming Sixth-Generation Astra!
Opel's Compact Is Going Electrified...



Now that the Opel brand is under the Stellantis umbrella, we are seeing some interesting new products from the Peugeot S.A. (PSA) side of the recently merged organization. Most recently, we saw an amazing resto-mod concept with the Opel Manta GSe ElektroMOD, which showcased a modern electrified powertrain in a classic 1970 Opel Manta A. Proving that Opel is trying to appeal to a much younger crowd, compared to years past.

It would be iconic that one time some of Buick cars were rebadged Opel under GM and now some are asking to rebadge Opel under Chrysler.

They're using a lot more interior bits from Peugeot in this new Astra. The seats seem similar to the new 308, and the digital display as well.
