It happens with that much power

This thing was a ton of fun to spend a week with. My wallet was definitely hurting from all the trips to the gas pump though.

That's part of the reason it is not the best all around pickup. Too skewed to performance. Not that its bad to be king for a while...

A Rebel with a 6.4 would be the best all-around pickup. Good off-road, good performance, good capability, good interior, with economy probably similar to the 5.7.

According to Stellantis Media, the 6.4 has received some changes for duty in the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. I wonder if any of the DT Ram 1500 models will now be eligible to use that motor for the next model year.
