Ridiculous, my local dealer in Milton, Florida is trying to go back on the MSRP price now that I have it ordered and they have my deposit. Anyone else dealing with that issue?

They had to agree on pricing terms before you put deposit down, luckily (I happen to be #1224, in White) my dealer is a good friend of mine so I am not facing some of the issues others are!

I missed the order run.. but I got a call from the Chrysler concierge that one had opened up. I gave the deposit, no order number yet or vin but I think I have it! It will be a red one as my last 2 were black and white. Now I have to sell my 2020..

I have asked my sales guy for a write up with the agreed upon msrp price plus destination and doc fees so I have it in writing. I’m not too worried about them doing some BS like this but I just want to have it on paper. So, hopefully not. . .

Not sure if this is possible, but perhaps call the concierge and see if you can switch dealers and find one that will give you written agreement for MSRP

Update: Chrysler 300 Concierge is no longer handling anything past the initial reservation. I called the Milton, Florida Dodge/Chrysler General Manager today. He advised me that he would be adding 15-20k to the car when it arrives at his dealership because it will be a valuable car. He was not at all familiar with the guidance from Chrysler to dealerships concerning the 2023 300c. All he kept referring to was how things went a few years ago with the Dodge Demon. I recommended that he review the guidance from Chrysler (I attached it to this reply as well). He said he would talk to his Chrysler guy and get back to me in “a few”. That was this morning. I called Chrysler (not the concierge) and they are escalating my complaint with a new case number. It’s very disappointing to watch dealerships treat customers in this greedy way.

Wow. Super bogus. Really hope this gets resolved for you. If I encounter any shenanigans with my dealer I will update here too.

Received my order confirmation last Friday and confirmed my order last Saturday.

For those who have ordered a 2023 Chrysler 300C, there is a owners only group on Facebook...

Hey there, Have you had any luck getting the price adjusted with your milton dealership for the 2023 300c?

Who here has been successful at reserving a 2023 Chrysler 300c 392?
I just took possession of a white 2023 300C. I ordered it in the lottery last September, put $300 PAYPAL down, got a confirmed order in October, and the built it on June 7. It is so sweet.
