Alfa Romeo is making a bold move with the next-generation Giulia, which is set to debut in 2026 as a 2027 model. According to rumors, the upcoming Italian sports sedan will ditch the traditional trunk in favor of a hatchback design, following in the footsteps of the Dodge Charger Daytona. This change could make the Giulia a more attractive option for buyers who want the sportiness of a sedan but the practicality of an SUV.

I'm assuming he means "liftback" or "sportback" (like Audi A/S 5/7), which is a better option since it'll be off the STLA Large. Let's hope the Guilia is far lighter and handles better, considering the competition it'll be set against.

Depends on how much metal replacement they can put back into the model after PePe LeCheapskate Canceled Phase 3 lightweighting for the Tonale.

I was extremely disappointed that the Tonale ended up with the Hornets cheaper components assigned to weight reduction.

At least bob's render doesn't have Junior face, that keeps showing up in concepts this looks lovely and proper Alfa.
