The 1985 Plymouth Barracuda stands out as one of the rarest vehicles ever produced. Only two units were built, and only one is known to have survived. This elusive classic has become a focal point of automotive enthusiasts’ discussions, particularly after a recent video on the Auto Archaeology YouTube channel delved into its fascinating backstory.

Really a cool story. Enjoyed it. Love these rare Mopars. It would be wild if the other one was found in fairly good shape.
Thanks for the story.

Growing up my mom had a Plymouth Horizon TC3 with louvers in the back window, just like the car above. Same color and wheels too. My dad replaced the interior with a Dodge Shelby Charger interior. She had it till like 1989 when my dad traded it in for a used 1987 Plymouth Reliant K LE four-door in Light Blue. Both were great cars for her.
