Hornet seems to come equipped the way the magazines always say an entry level chore appliances should. That leads to rave reviews but doesn't come cheap.
Not always but yes automatics are faster. Manuals are more fun to drive and very recently take rates have been up, no I have no evidence that will last.
The 400 plus firings/layoffs have nothing to do with product sales but redundancy in a European corporation. Lido chose Bob Eaton instead of Bob Lutz, the **** all starts there.
One strike already is no manual transmission, I may be able to over look that. I'll need a sunroof that opens otherwise I'm out. As for the HEMI thing I'm on record thinking of this like the Buick Grand National and GNX.

Apologies, I'm not an automotive engineer but manual transmissions have been offered with RWD and FWD. Jeeps and other 4x4 vehicles come with manual transmissions. What makes AWD and a manual transmission so difficult?
According to Caleb Jacobs at The Drive there will be no manual transmission for the Sixpack. I admit this might be a deal breaker, maybe...
