Mark Reuss might have, I swear that guy just spouts stuff for the shock value. How he got to as high a possition in the company just shows how bad off they are.
Nothing like that. They say HEV/BEV are the future, but they can’t seem to put a compelling product into that space, even after years and different several models/approaches.

I’m 180° opposite. I find the grill design in the sketch much more appealing. It does away with the cluttered business on the production model. Yes, it’s a but more brutal, but that’s part of its charm.
Would LOVE TO SEE Promaster production moved to Mexico so that we could have greater controls of production/quality/costs. We would also no longer have to worry about the chicken-tax.
I believe, as well as the crew in Saltillo have been doing, management sees the move to an upgraded facility as neccisary to make the next leap forward for HD production. How this effects the Durango remains to be seen, but HD production will likely remain just a fraction of the 1500‘S volume.
