From my perspective, Stellantis has a few major problems, execution and brand & market understanding. There is nothing wrong with downsizing engines, bringing out EVs, or changing things up and I truly understand that the brand is in a financial bind when it comes to all of the fees and fines...
Okay, that's pretty decent news actually. Of course, me being the Dodge fanatic that I am, my first thoughts are of the Charger Daytona Scat Pack and the previous article about the launch control system and a few other things. While I'm not really an EV person for my own personal reasons, this...
Here's an idea, lower the prices of the vehicles that are currently sitting on lots by about $12K-$15K and start fresh for the new model year cars. Literally Dodge needs to drop the price of every current gen Charger, Challenger & Durango by a minimum of $12K and push them out the door. They...
I genuinely wish him well on whatever future endeavors he may pursue. Honestly even after his tenure of CEO, I think Carlos may actually be an asset to Stellantis, especially for the european side of the equation. To me, Stellantis, being a multinational corporation, I feel as though it may be...
I've been looking at this car pretty much day in and day out and I'm already currently set on buying one when the Hurricane powered variants come out. I think for me, the biggest thing with this car is the potential for what this car can be. I think Stellantis would do better to offer both the...
Again, Stellantis, North America needs to focus three engines, two platforms, one EV powertrain setup and pretty much just one transmission in two variations.
Platforms: STLA LARGE, STLA FRAME
Engines: HURRICANE-4 EVO, HURRICANE-6 S/O, HURRICANE-6 H/O
Transmission; ZF Gen-4 8speed in both...
I agree, It's something that I've mentioned before on repurposing the brands. Dodge would remain muscle albeit without the V8 engines, Chrysler would go electric and return back to being a luxury brand, jeep would go back to being an all-terrain brand and Ram would be Ram.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. the Mopar brands need 2 platforms (STLA Large & Frame), 4-engines (2.0L Hurricane-4 EVO, 3.0L Hurricane S/O, 3.0L Hurricane H/O and Cummins 6.7L), 2-transmissions (ZF Gen-4 hybrid plug in, ZF Powerline diesel transmission) & 4-5 vehicles per mopar...
I could be wrong but my thinking would be that Stellantis is figuring the Hornet will take over what the Cherokee/Renegade had going on. As I've said, Stellantis has overcomplicated everything, two platforms, 4 engines, 1 Ramcharger setup, 2 transmissions and four or five vehicles per brand...
I don't like being negative, especially when it comes to Mopar. But Stellantis as a whole needs to wake up and realize that they to pretty much scrap alot of what they've been doing and redirect themselves accordingly. Two platforms, four engines and two transmissions are all the Mopar brands...
The CEOs of Stellantis are truly arrogant and stubborn, but also I don't think they want Mopar brands to succeed. They don't listen to their customers nor do they take heed to even the leaders they had. The Mopar brands are brands driven by passion, history and heritage and it is the reason the...
Well that fancy quad exhaust definitely means the Alfa Romeo SUV wouldn't be an EV, that's for sure. The more I think of it though, If the other Stellantis brands had a larger presence over here, would it be enough to balance out the carbon footprint for them to continue producing our beloved...
I think plain and simple Stellantis (Carlos Tavares & Co.) biggest issues were the way they've presented things to the North American Market and the timing of which they've done things. I've said it before. I think Stellantis was smart for introducing the STLA platforms, Hurricane engines and to...
Stellantis, hello, good morning. Take this car right here, put it on the STLA medium platform, add to this thing, the 2.0L Hurricane I-4 turbocharged engine with that E-DCT transmission you guys have overseas, sell it in the US market as the Avenger and make money
Oh yeah another thing. If anyone happens to go back and rewatch the Tim Kuniskis time travel video. When they show the inside of the car as the "camera" pans through from the cargo area, They're showing the inside of the sedan version. Look at the doors and you'll see the controls on the rear doors.
While I'm not going to leak any of the info I've discovered on the next-gen vehicles. There is a bit more to these cars than what has been released. I think in a few months when all of the info is out along with the fact that the cars will be on the road, I think more people will be a bit more...
