A non-manufacturer hosted car show is truly for enthusiasts. You'll garner clicks from those of which that already frequent this site, however, I'd argue you won't have many new visitors from it. News and rumours generates new business for the site, if that's what the ultimate goal is.
It makes me think that the 2500 platform will be more similar to the 1500 and less similar to the 3500, as unlikely as that sounds.
In BC Canada, there's a luxury tax applied to 2500s, so we don't sell them. Only 1500 and 3500s, so we won't see any benefit to the 8 speed entering 3/4 ton...
I'm curious if E-Torque V6 will actually improve sales. FCA seems confident putting it into the top trims.
A V6 Ram depreciates like a rock, tied to a brick. I have trouble selling them to friends/family due solely to their horrendous residual value. We won't be ordering V6 top trim trucks, as...
The ol' "Parts Bin" trims.
Love em', they must have had a bunch of the old Longhorn grilles kicking around and needed to get them out there. I love that grille, it's one of my favourites on DS, the original Sport one with the colour matched crosshair and bright billets was my fav.
Adaptive Cruise in a Wrangler is pretty badass. Remember our conversations on AllPar back in the day where we spoke about how I felt as though the market would respond well to an AWD Sahara with Landrover like luxury? I feel like it's coming.
Looking forward to more rebates on Pacifica so we can begin to move the needle on them. Currently a CVP Grand Caravan is $23,998 CAD, SXT starting at $29,998 CAD. An "L" Pacifica (CVP) is still $34,000 CAD and not attractive to Canadian buyers. Hoping to see the Pacifica "L" starting at $24-25k...
Are we sure it's just one more year?
After the update to the air bags I thought that Grand Caravan had another 3 years honestly... especially in Canada.
A Chrysler Journey with a ZF 9 Speed and no V6 options but Turbo 4 and 2.4L as the base would be just fine for us. 5 + 2 seating, the "in a pinch" 3rd row is good by me. We sell vans for those that really need 7 seats.
I want one on my lot. Base price of $21,998 CAD with a manual, a/c, bluetooth, back-up camera, power options/keyless entry. A Tipo "C" would be $38,999 with all of the bells and whistles a 200C once had.
LX - $21,998
Touring - $24,998
Touring L - $28,998
S - $32,998
S AWD - $34,998
C - $36,498...
