2012-2013 were peak Journeys IMO. They were ok. Not a luxury high quality vehicle for sure, but a good 5 passenger appliance with some Dodge looks. Probably should have been a Chrysler badged vehicle TBH.
Prior to the refresh in 2011, it stunk of dumbler cheapness
After 2013, the market severely...
Prius-shmius
That's really good!
What's the temperature been like where you are? I've heard the JL 4xe forces the gas engine when it's colder out, so just curious how that will work out?
Aw shucks, little old me? :D
I understand that fully. I was hoping that the Hornet would be a vehicle that I could use to replace our Prius eventually without too bad of a MPG hit, but I'm not convinced yet. I'll go back to waiting for a Compass 4xe I think.
One of us recently rubbed the bumper of the Prius into an ice pile and did a little damage to the lower left corner of the bumper, so I hear you on that. Realistically its just an excuse for me to get the bumper repainted because it currently has a bad repaint job that I don't care for
I'm trying to get excited about the Hornet, but I just can't.
Its too expensive IMO, doesn't seem to get "good" fuel mileage from what I've seen, and the "performance" doesn't seem that attractive either to be honest.
I sat in one at the Toronto auto show and it was ok, but I would have...
Had an opportunity to sit in a Hornet yesterday at the car show here in Toronto. They had both the Hornet and the new Alfa IIRC, but I didn't sit in the Alfa as there was just too many people everywhere.
Overall, it's ok.
It feels small inside, and my head touches the ceiling in the back seat...
Agreed 100%
I think the Hornet will be too small for my needs (especially since I have firmly in my mind the struggles I had putting suitcases in my KL this weekend because of it's curved design) but I want to drive it and a 2023 Compass.
I love my Cherokee, but the transmission (super slow to...
I really want to like these, but I'm struggling, especially at the canadian pricing, woof.
The GT Plus is over $46k, I paid less for my loaded KL Trailhawk Elite 5 years ago.
I do want to take one for a drive and find out just how small it is inside and how it drives though.
