Goodness there Triple T. Did someone run over you with their Chrysler at some point in your life? What’s with the anger ? Your argument that Chrysler was never a volume brand is ridiculous and shows a complete lack of historical facts. And no one pointed out 80’s cars in particular. But yeah the...
I agree with you whole heartedly Bill. Unfortunately I don’t personally think there is much will left in the company to do it. We are quickly reaching a threshold where fewer of us remember what Chrysler really was first hand. They only know what they’ve read in a few little snippets on line...
Thank you Mr. Rhodes for your efforts. It is sad to watch an American icon die a slow death, but that’s pretty much where we are. I remain hopeful, but very very doubtful that there are any real plans to resurrect the Chrysler nameplate, much less the proud traditions that it carried for a century.
And that’s all well and great. As someone who just buys the cars and watches the market, I call it like I see it. Do you think Chrysler and Dodge will stay viable without a substantial, real, investment in new end consumer choices? I personally do not. I’m glad Jeep has been such a huge success...
Dropping unprofitable models is fine. They should have been replaced with new models for the brand that were relevant to the current market. This goes for Dodge and Chrysler. Say what you will, the core Mopar brands, the reason the namesake of this forum exists, have had scant investment in 20...
What atttention? Three models running on 20 year old chassis and borrowed time. The core real MOPAR has received no attention for years. Now there is talk of EV coming. Proof will be when they show up. Yes Dodge and Chrysler are so overdue some cash infusion and models it is laughable. Two once...
Am I the only one who recognizes or even comprehends the irony here of someone who is an obvious Chrysler fan having to defend the brand from someone who obviously hails from Europe on this site tagged with the name Mopar? LOL. Sign me signing off. You guys have fun . I’ve had enough of this...
Not following your statement. How did the Ford products mentioned outperform the models Bill pointed out? And are you saying the original Pt Cruiser and Pacifica deserved to be axed? Most of the universe is in agreement that those two models were way ahead of their time, trend setting, and...
The more of the two row I see, the more I like it. More in line with what a Jeep should be than the L. I believe they have a winner here. Anxious to see it without the camo.
Again your word usage indicates a struggle with mastery of the English language. Write in complete sentences please. I will not go to other moPar sites, unless of course as just decide to do so. You preached about how this wasn’t “one of those sites “, but as I read your posted over several...
